The main level includes a full bathroom with towels and hand soap, laundry room, and two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with a queen and a twin bed, all with provided pillows and sheets. House Rules
- Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
- Minimum Stay: A 2-night minimum stay is required.
- Booking Requirements: To secure your booking, please submit a signed rental agreement, valid photo ID with verification, and payment. Your requested dates will not be reserved until all these requirements have been received.
- Prohibited: No animals, smoking, vaping, fireworks, parties, events, or discharging of firearms are allowed on the property.
SMOKING & VAPING POLICY
- No smoking or vaping of any substance is permitted inside the homes.
- If smoking outside, properly dispose of cigarette butts. Be respectful of the property and do not litter.
- Evidence or Odor of indoor smoking/vaping will result in additional charges.
- County Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Refrain from loud music, shouting, or other disturbances after 10 PM. Be respectful of our neighbors.
- No parties, events, or fireworks at any time. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
- Maximum occupancy is 14 guests at both homes.
- Exceeding this limit is grounds for termination of your stay with no refund.
- Animals are not allowed at the properties.
- We recommend Pampered Paws Pet Resort, located just 8 minutes away, for your animal accommodation.
- The home is expected to be left in the same condition as when you arrived.
- Clean up any spills, bodily fluids, and messes during your stay.
- You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your group, including repairs or replacements.
- Charcoal grill provided—do not grill on the decks.
- Bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.
- Clean the grill after use and place ashes in the designated ash bucket.
- Wait until the grill is completely cool before covering it.
- Campfires: Allowed only in the provided fire pit.
- Use caution and never leave fires unattended.
- Ensure fire is completely extinguished before leaving or going to bed.
- Firewood is not provided but is available at local gas stations
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.
- Our homes operate on private septic systems—guests will be responsible for damage or clog removal costs.
- There is a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink; run cold water while using it. Only small food scraps may be processed through the disposal.
- All vehicles must be parked in the driveway only. Do not park on the grass or road.
Check-In
Check-in Time is 4pm (central time) 
- Early check-in times may be available on a stay-by-stay basis. There is an early check-in fee of $25/Hour. Please inquire about early check-in times the week of your arrival date.
- Do not enter the property before 4pm (CT) unless given prior approval.
- The week of your arrival date, you will be contacted by Due North Vacation Homes with check-in information that includes a code for the front door Keyless Entry. Do not share the front door code with anyone outside of your group.
- Wi-Fi network and password will be provided the week of your arrival date.
Check-Out
Check-out time is 10AM (central time)
- Late check-out times may be available on a stay-by-stay basis. There is a late check-out fee of $25/Hour. Please inquire about late check-out times the week of your arrival date.
- Check the home to make sure you have gathered all your personal things.
- Empty the refrigerator. Bring all food and beverages with you. Bag and remove all the trash from the home and discard it in the dumpster next to the driveway.
- Please strip the pillowcases and bed sheets from the beds and place in the laundry room.
- Please start a load of dishes in the dishwasher. (dishwasher detergent provided)
- Please start a load of laundry in the washing machine. (Laundry detergent provided)
- Check that all the lights and TVs are off, and make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked when leaving.

RATES + FEES
- Rates vary depending on night/season/holiday. Please send an inquiry to receive an exact price quote if booking direct. SAVE HUNDREDS of dollars on fees charged by third-party platforms when you BOOK DIRECT.
- There is a $225.00 Cleaning Fee per Booking.
- There is a 10.5% (State/County/District) tax applied to the nightly rate and cleaning fee.

Payment + Cancellation Policies
At the time of booking, a partial payment of 50% of the total booking amount is due. The remaining 50% payment is due no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date. If a booking is made within 30 days of the arrival date, then 100% payment will be due at the time of booking. A separate $500.00 refundable security damage deposit is required at the time of booking. The $500.00 security damage deposit will be returned within 7 days after the check-out date, provided there are no damage charges that apply.
A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. Bookings are non-refundable if cancelled less than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
